Privacy Policy

When you place an order with Patty-Cakes®, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number along with its expiration date, and your email address. We consider this information to be private, and we use a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders. We do not share your private information with anyone.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, simply send it back - in good condition - within 30 days for a refund. Please include the receipt (or a copy) for a prompt refund. Sorry, we can't refund the shipping costs.

If there is an error in your order, please email us at patty-cakes@knology.net and we'll correct the problem as soon as possible. Should we ask you to return the wrong item, we'll credit your card for the shipping incurred to send it back to us. Reasonable return costs only, no express services will be credited. Nor can we send the replacement via express services.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Include a copy of the receipt (or the original), your name, date of purchase, and the reason for the return.

Merchandise must be returned in good condition, with original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit.

All sales are final after 30 days.

Any items returned after 30 days may be returned to you and/or subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Backorders

We always make every effort to have all catalog items in stock. If merchandise is backordered, it will automatically be shipped freight free if the backorder amount totals $25.00 or more.
