How much is shipping?
Our shipping is based on weight (actual shipping costs).
Obviously, the larger the box, the greater the cost to ship it.
Shipping also depends on how far the box will travel. All
orders are shipped from our Home Office in Montgomery, Alabama.
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS ground service (or sometimes via the US mail). Depending on where you live, your order should arrive
within 4 to 8 days (maximum).
Do you ship foreign orders?
No. We do not ship orders to countries outside of the United States (sorry).
Do you ship to APOs?
Yes. But additional charges may be added to your shipping cost to cover the higher postage (UPS will not
ship to an APO) and additional handling of
waiting in line at the post office and filling out customs forms.
Do you offer Express delivery?
Generally speaking, Yes, we offer UPS Next Day Air Saver or 2nd Day Air (no Saturday Delivery) to continental
USA
only.
Do you have a paper catalog?
No.
Why?
Simply put, they are too expensive. So, we'll dedicate our time and money to
keeping our "online catalog" accurate, up to date and easy to use.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
No, in fact, large quantity orders make it
difficult for us to serve our other customers when we get "cleaned
out." We welcome large orders but we can't offer a discount.
What is your money-back guarantee?
You have 30 days to return your purchase for any reason. We'll refund the
entire amount, less any shipping costs.

No. That is not our policy. We will not sell or share your personal information to anyone.
